Had a great visit to this Arby’s. Sergio was such a patient person with the older couple before us. He then was so nice with our order. Food was great! Place was really clean. No dirty tables! We got the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches and they were perfect for our need. Much better experience than the Elma store that closed the lobby on us an hour early and made us go through drive through.

Arby’s is officially not worth spending your money on. They give you the most pitiful amount of food and charge you top dollar. It is basically robbery. The quality and quantity absolutely 100% do not justify the prices and they should be investigated.

Asked for no tomato so they took the tomato ends and wrapped it up with my sandwich. Also there’s sauce or something all over the outside of the paper that isn’t anything that went on the sandwich only cheese ,onion and bacon on one half of the sandwich none on the other half. The other half was a little bit of turkey and lettuce. I had to practically reconstruct the entire thing.. after I pulled the rest of the tomato pieces off my sandwich good thing I’m not allergic. And now I’m second-guessing whether I should eat it at all, considering the sauce all over the outside of the paper that tells me that the kitchen isn’t clean. One star because I can’t give zero.. I have been to this Arby’s several times and I won’t make that mistake again.. also their ice cream maker has been broke for at least 2 weeks. Please don’t waste your money..

Disgusting! Stale bread, burnt bacon and half inch bottom of the barrel cold curly fries. Half our food was inedible and ended up in the garbage. They also messed up our order. It’s worth the extra five minute drive to Centralia for the other Arby’s which is delicious. Won’t be back to this one.

This location is the worst place I have ever eaten. Every time I go there the people seem incompetent. They’re running a special for two for seven and can’t even make up enough au jus and decide to just water it down and give you less. Not to mention they changed the roll for the French dip and it’s not the same. And half the size. The turkey bacon ranch sandwich that we ordered only had to meet on half of the sandwich. The manager Kylie there did nothing more than make excuses blaming it on day shift but we could see as we were leaving, They were making more Au jus. Every time I break down and decide to go get something from this location the employees seem to be very incompetent in being able to do their job. I can eat at any other Arby’s location without any problem. It is not worth the hassle to eat at this location and I will make sure I tell everybody about how they operate.

Constantly forgetting to put items in orders, like, no one wants to eat a roast beef with no au jus! Food items are often cold and not properly wrapped. Love Arby’s, just not the one in Rochester.
