Got food tonight, and food was cold. I ordered three curly fries and guessing they didn’t want to drop any more fries, so they filled half the container with crinkle fries and a little curly fries on top. Worse service and food. Also, it would be nice to fix their drive thru because the giant pothole you can’t miss is going to pop a tire. Also, the worker at the window was just on his phone, and it’s seems that every time this guy works, food and service are terrible, and he is always rude.

Stopped in for a quick bite on our long drive. Fastest service we have ever had. Also,great customer service. They complimented thier customers and the bathrooms were clean!! You literally don’t get a all in one like we dis this visit!! Thank you for making our dine in a great environment.

The dining area was clean. The service could have been better but I get that sometimes orders in the drive-thru get busy, however, it shouldn’t take away service from the front counter. I ordered a French dip meal and did not get the dip. So I waited for about 4 or 5 at the counter and while I was standing there you could tell the staff was busy, a young man working in the back dropped a stack of trays or something, and after the items hit the floor I heard him drop a loud F-bomb as he was looking at the stuff on the floor. Glad my daughter stayed at the table. Other than the wait and language it was nice to see the dining room open again.

Rude staff that nearly refused to answer simple questions. Also made the meal entirely wrong with wrong ingredients. For paying such a steep price the least they could do is actually make a meal correctly. The guy working clearly was having a bad day probably due to being understaff which is the fault of the owner/manager. They also gave one plastic straw and one paper straw and the paper one didnt work at all.

Was not happy at all. Paid alot for a meal, there was no cheese on it, was so dry I could barely eat it. The fries were cold and not fresh at all. The mozzarella cheese sticks were over cooked and dry. Basically paid $16 for a coke.

The restaurant and food were great. I like the remodel and inside design. Only issue was there was one cashier and a long line of people. The cashier seemed new as he asked a lot of questions which made ordering food a bit longer. Not entirely a bad thing, just something to note. I love Arby’s and I wish we had one in union gap.

The remodel looks great but the standard of food has gone down. They forgot 2 of our fries gave us the wrong fries for another and forgot French dip sauce as well. Our roast beef was really raw. We ended up throwing most of it away.
