The service was terrible , and the crew was slow standing around . Waited a long time for food . The heat tray had many burgers, etc. One of the cashiers walked out said I will be right back.” She came back and forgot I was waiting to order . Everyone was standing around super slow. Several customers were waiting 10 plus mins for food. The drive-thru was a long line. I asked for no bread with my roast beef, making clear allergy . I still got a bun .So I didn’t eat on our way put of town.super frusterating. Will never return to this Arby’s.. terrible service

Stopped by there yesterday evening for a quick bite. It became clear after ordering, and having waited 10 minutes, something wasn’t right. Firstly, the lobby was ice cold, colder than any restaurant I’d ever been in. There were 4 or 5 customer standing around waiting for their food. After about 20 minutes and those ahead of us still not being served their orders, complaints started, and those behind the counter became defensive and rude. The cashier said they had lost power, so they didn’t know who ordered what. They never attempted to take charge and figure it out, and instead, they were rude to people who had waited 20 to 30 minutes for the food they ordered. They never made an announcement or gave indication to customers coming in that it would be a long wait as they were clearly experiencing difficulties with their computer. Even after we waited 40 min to FINALLY receive our cold order, they never apologized, offered anything free to make up for the ridiculous wait, or even showed an ounce of compassion for the customers. We will never return. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I get that things happen, but the way they completely cracked under pressure and had the audacity to be unkind to the customers was unacceptable. Arbys needs to work on better training for these instances.

Newer cashier(Trisha) who too my order had me repeat my order 3 times. She appeared afraid she might break a long manicured fingernail, as she typed in my order. Others were waiting long enough that another employee offered them free fries. Then stated it would be a few more moments, as part of their order was handed out the window to another customer.

Love this Arby’s. Great service. Friendly staff, it’s always clean. Wish the market fresh salads and sandwiches were still a thing but I know it’s not the restaurant fault. This location can be tough to get in or out of depending on which way your headed.

Drive thru cashier was fast, smiled and asked how our day was! Food was good, but beef n cheddars had sauces spilling over the outside of the buns making it difficult to eat in the car. This is the 1st time that has happened here. Otherwise, great service and food.

They got the order wrong,two beef ,no cheese. They didn’t give me my senior discount. The sandwiches had less meat than normal and they were cold. The French fries were cold, they have been sitting for a while. The condiment dispenser was empty. So they made me right sandwich, and charged me $4.00 more, and it was cold. This was Arby’s on Newport highway.

Found a long brown hair in my sandwich, called and got some run around about how their store isn’t connected to the website and there’s nothing they can do but give me free sandwich cards. Like i want to eat there agin.This is disgusting and below subpar, I hope the health inspector checks you out because clearly you don’t understand the need for hairnets or you’re too lazy to make your employees wear then or too blind to realize they aren’t. I told them they need to be wearing one and the half brain on the phone said “yeah, probably”

They were out of lettuce and tomato, so we got a dry chicken patty on a dry fun it only. It only took 27 minutes waiting in the drive-through for that. I’m not impressed.

Got the brisket sandwich. It had a large percentage of fat and was ice cold. Like just took it out of the refrigerator cold. One of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. Probably won’t go back there.
