The drive through is supposed to be open until 10pm. As we were staying in the hotel next door and had been traveling, Arbys seemed like a good option. We went through the drive through at 9:30pm exactly. The staff had already shut down the machines and told us they were out of everything. At least three cars went through the drive through after us before 9:40pm. I get wanting to be done with work early but Arby’s has got to do better with their staffing. If you’re open until 10pm it means you need to be open, machines on, and serving customers until 10pm. Really a let down with very few options open late for dinner around here. They lost at least 4 peoples business as the staff wanted to close early.
