It’s an Arby’s, seen 1 you’ve seen them all. It is clean and we ate inside, seating was not broken or damaged. The curly fries are the best part of Arby’s.

15 minutes for a carry out order. I asked for a refund, the manager wouldn’t even come out she kept sending some young dude who refused to refund the order. I want to speak with the owner and you can bet I will dispute the charges with my card company. Horrible service, slow and rude. Ill never be back in any Arby’s over this

Rude customers service!!..I ask if I can get some of the sauce for the loaded fries! She said no because we are low on the sauce.. on the board it says new so you guys can’t be almost out of that sauce! It’s my first time there! I used to work at a fast food like this! And the thing is good customer service is I’m so sorry we are almost out of the sauce so I cant give it out. than I wouldn’t mind about that but straight out flat no to a new customer! That’s not acceptable.. y’all need to work on your service skills!!

I had the lamb gyro. I thought it was seasoned well, and the cucumber sauce was very good also. Arby’s is fairly new to the fairbanks area and is a nice change to the burger joints.
