♀️ its a gas station with an arbys. Gas station was clean, bathrooms were stocked and clean. I went to order from arbys and when i walked up the chick didnt say anything she just walked off while three other staffers just stood there talking. Stood there for maybe 2 mins before anyone acknowledged me even standing there.

This arbys is rather pitiful. We’ve gone there on 3 separate occasions over the past year and each time there is a reason we can’t order. First time they were out of roast beef, second time they were out of bread, and tonight their shake machine doesn’t work. It sounds more and more like excuses so employees don’t have to work.

Don’t know why it always takes too long. I order a turkey and get a nasty Reuben. Everything is cold and old. They desperately need to work on customer service and productivity. Listen to what your customer is saying and stay off your phone.!

Pulled up to the drive thru they said order when you are ready. I go to order they say the drive thru is closed you can come inside. As well as an Arby’s that doesn’t have roast beef.

The food was good. We went to the drive thru only to be told the drive thru was closed because they were short workers. Went inside to order, and the food was good, BUT it was not as good or big as it was pictured on the menu. We ordered the Ribeye Sandwich and it was not as thick as a normal Arby’s Sandwich.
