I ordered chicken tenders and it came with some sort of plain salted potato chips. The staff were very sweet and the wait was super short. The chicken tenders however, were not good at all, especially considering the price I paid for them (totaling at $13, no additional drinks or anything). They were soggy and you could tell for a fact they were microwaved seconds prior.

We ordered a plate of toasted ravioli and 2 smoothies. The ravioli was good and the strawberry banana and mango pineapple smoothie were delicious. The cafe is conveniently located with the gateway arch museum.

Overpriced and underwhelming. My family paid over $60 for a lunch that consisted of gross macaroni and cheese, a Subway-quality sub, and a mediocre panini. Most of us didn’t even finish our food. The only good part about the meal was the Fitz’s root beer, which isn’t exactly hard to come by in St. Louis. If you’re at the Arch and need to eat, just get something out of a vending machine.

The food prepared is all microwaved. The cold sandwiches meat looked expired. The chips are stale and the beverages are cool but not cold. Everything food wise was overpriced for what you were getting. I would suggest eating before doing a tour.

Expensive and wasteful- refused to fill my (clean) personal coffee cup… but only after I’d paid. I should have asked for a refund. This is terrible conservation practice for a national park I presume that the cafe is run by a concession, but still Coffee was gross too, just brown water.

Super expensive and not very good and not many options, no prices listed on the beverages. The mac and cheese was cold, the side of chips was a small handful they took out of a box that was sitting out. When plaining your visit plan to eat somewhere else.

If this restaurant could get a zero star I would give it a zero! The food was absolutely awful. The ribs were salty, old and burned like they have been reheated for several days. I threw my food away and I don’t waste food. My son had a bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was undercooked and the burger was not tasty he would rather have McDonald’s. Save your money don’t eat the food!!!!

I don’t usually like writing negative reviews, but this restaurant was just awful. The food is seriously overpriced for the quality. I’m vegan so I got the only vegan option offered, the veggie burger, which was absolutely disgusting. Our total for two burgers and a smoothie was $34. The plastic trays they served our food on were dirty and greasy as well. Just eat before you go to the arch or save your appetite (and money) for later.

Come visit the Arch, but don’t waste your money on the food at the Cafe. Despite the website saying it’s “farm to table” you can tell it is not. The claims on website are false. The food is not quality for the exorbitant prices.
