Hilda and her crew beautifully handled a large order for a family reunion. They packed and labeled groups of items so we knew who ordered what. They even honored our coupons. And it was all prepared on time. Our 86-year-old mom grew up in Twin Falls and worked at Arctic Circle so having this meal was very sentimental. Thank you Hilda for your care and professionalism on behalf of our family.

Food was cold when I got it. I ordered a mushroom burger meal, a side of mushrooms, and a kids nugget meal. The mushrooms are gross if not fresh and these were def not fresh.

Came on a Sunday during the opening hours. They said they would take my order after I look at the menu. I tried to order but they never responded. I waited 5 minutes and got no response from an employee. I even honked twice with no response. The employees are either busy (which I doubt), or they don’t want to respond. I’m probably not going to come back here now. (Update: they were closed for Easter but had no signs, poor communication on their part)

Closed the dinning room before 7 so I had to go someplace else, I am from out of town and I don’t eat in my car. But Culver’s was still open and the food was incredible.. I think next time I am in town I will just pass arctic circle and go straight to Culver’s

Horrible cold fries. Chicken strips weren’t too bad. I really liked the onion rings!! Got a hot fudge sundae for dessert. The ice cream was good, but barely a tablespoon of fudge. All in all, it’s a disappointment . A 4 piece chicken meal and onion rings was over $20!! What? Service was sooooo slow. It took too long to order with just 1 person in front of us, and then took forevvvver for our food to be ready. We had a small child with us, and it took way too long to get our food. I will go to DQ, where there are toppings on the ice cream, and the fries are fantastic.

So sad to see this place decline. It’s cold outside, so my family just wanted to grab some food and let the kids play. The floors were so sticky that we couldn’t even sit in the play area to eat. The play place is almost black from filth. Every table in there was dirty. Only thing good about the visit was the cookie dough ice cream! Definitely recommend going to the Kimberly restaurant, much cleaner! Also just a PSA, if your kid is sick you should stay home. Don’t come to a restaurant and let your kid cough for 30 min straight all over the toys!

Went through the drive thru last night and ordered two chicken fajita meals and a taco salad. $48 later I got two roll ups that had ground beef and chicken in it and some kind of seasoning that was too salty and spicy to eat!! My taco salad had little meat on it, they forgot one of my drinks and when I sat there and waited for my sons ice cream cone the kid looked at me and asked…ummm did you need something else? I tried calling as soon as I got home and there was a recording saying that this number has a voice mail box that isn’t set up yet. I tried four times to call and got the same recording. So they purposefully don’t answer their phones. I’m assuming because if all the complaints. I did message corporate! The food was horrible!!

It’s sad what the world, especially customer service is coming too went here tonight for dinner through the drive through and all 3 ladies that were working there very rude and unprofessional. One of them came to the window to take my card and ignored me when I said hello and thank you when she handed me my drinks. And another when she gave us the bag straight up made eye contact and all and when I said hello she just looked at me dead in the face like I was talking another language. Ladies I just have one thing I want to say without customers you don’t get a paycheck so you might want to watch how you treat people especially if they are in a way signing your paycheck. Won’t be going back.
