Drive through has ridiculous wait times at night, no idea what is going on with that, but i will meed to find somewhere else, or drive to Twin to save some time. Shakes are good here, but not 45 minute wait time good.

Stopped for three meals. Say for 40 minutes. Watched two families get served before us that came in after us order if not the same amount but more than us. Got our cherry Ricky after 25 minutes. Asked the person who was supposed to be the manager where our order was… They asked the kitchen staff where it was, and the staff yelled and argued with the manager that they didn’t have it. Then, just getting a refund was a fiasco.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in awhile. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger with no lettuce. The gal at the register misheard and put “no bun” instead. No biggie, things happen. However, when we asked them to correct it, the cooks in the back very loudly argued with the cashiers for the next 20 minutes about it. I had to ask about it again when we were ready to leave because they never brought it out to us. The gal laughed and said “Oh yeah, I forgot” and handed me the box- We received a single burger, not a double, and still got the lettuce on it. This was absurd given the amount of time that went by and how simple of a request it was. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

We waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive through. The guy in front of us was just sitting in his truck. I backed up and pulled into a parking spot. It took over 10 minutes to get cheese curds and a basic hamburger.

Need I say more?? Okay, I will. My daughter and I went to the drive thru for lunch on our way home from the grocery store, we ordered a spicy chicken and a crispy chicken sandwich. We got home ready to devour our food and this is what mine looked like. I expected to get what I paid for with my money, money that I really do work hard for but this is like a slap in the face. I don’t usually dine out but I wanted to treat my daughter and myself to a nice lunch. Man oh man how disappointing. Sorry I’m only giving 1 star because the kid at the window was kind.
