Service is always incredibly slow. Took 15 minutes to get my food even though I was the only customer there. Food is average fast food nothing great but nothing bad. The only reason I sometimes eat here is because the kids play area. I would much rather drive a little further to go to the one in Ammon.

They changed their chicken tender recipe so it’s not as good now…. And they’re sometimes slow. BUT I absolutely love their dipped cones, they taste like childhood. They’re one of the only places you can a great dipped cone. So, quality of the food depends on what you’re getting. They once took like 10-15 minutes to get me just 1 dipped cone, BUT they apologized for the wait and gave me a coupon for a free shake, so I was overall pleased with the experience. Would take friends here for ice cream.

My $10 dollar halibut sandwich was so over deep fried, you could use it like a hammer. Had to pick around the big bun small fish and hard shell. No flavor tasted like cardboard. My wife’s $12 dollar chicken basket, well she said it didn’t taste bad but it was like 4 chicken nuggets not tenders, for 12 bucks. Worst never eat there again and I’ll advise others to do the same.

Cold burgers…fries were good. Place was dirty especially bathrooms. Guy cleaning the trash bins just left a mess in isle to help customer instead of guickly cleaning it up. No one smiled or even acted like they wanted to be there.

I had the biggest craving for french fries with fry sauce, so I decided to stop by today around 2:45 pm and ordered a large fry with 2 ice waters. And received the hottest fresh fries I’ve ever tasted, with fry sauce! Unfortunately I didn’t get the cashier’s name but he had purple painted finger nails. He was very polite, he rocks! Thank you guys so much for still having fry sauce.

Just waiting for the food poisoning to set in. Ordered two burgers, tater tots, a cherry rickey, and two dipped ice cream cones. They tried to hand me the ice cream cones with the topper dripping from the employee hands and the cone. The drink tasted like sour club soda, and both burgers had undercooked, cold patties. I can understand an issue here and there, but everything was bad.

Soooooo expensive for what you get! Plan to spend 50 bucks or more to feed a family of 4 cheap hamburgers and fries. This used to be the 50 cent hamburger place, but not anymore. If I’m going to spend this kind of money I want good food and to have it handed to me by someone who doesn’t have pink hair.
