The fries and shakes are GREAT, and the rest of the food is pretty standard. However…I’ve never gotten fries without hair in it, and I’ve gone here periodically over 10 years. Every time I think it’ll be fine…and there’s hair. They always replace it though, so…that’s good I guess? The replacement doesn’t usually have hair so that’s nice

Got to love when the teenage staff doesn’t know how to perform any sort of customer service yet when their friends come in they drop all they are doing to mess around with their friends. Don’t get me wrong I know it’s a sorry excuse of a fast food restaurant but it would have a better return rate it the employees were more professional. Shout out to the girl running the drive thru. She was on top of her game.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Its got that classic feel to it. The food tastes classic, and the service is great. And they have an indoor playground. And yet, at the same time, the scenery is bland. It might look run down, on the outside, but its got a delicious, golden classic inside.

Good fast food stop. We had Halibut, shrimp and fries. Moosetrack shake is my favorite. Food was very good. Play area for the little ones. This makes the noise a little high. But as a grandpa with full grown grandkids is was not a bother. Plenty of parking and handicap access per ADA.

Tonight I stopped in to get a shake. It took 30 min or more to get it. This was ridiculous! Myself and 4 other cars were waiting patiently but finally one by one we all had to go in to remind them we was waiting, why’ll they helped new people and forgot about us. The dark headed gal with the head piece was very rude and didn’t like us coming in to complain and started yelling at us! This is terrible customer service. I will not be coming back to this location. I’ve been eating at Artic circle all my life and have never experienced anything like this. These young kids working in there have no supervision and don’t know what they are doing in there! More training is needed desperately!

We dont generally eat the food, but we love their amazing shakes. They actually put a decent amount of flavors in their shakes. Love their cookie dough shakes and my kids love their “topper” ice cream cones (ice cream cone dipped in chocolate).

Please, fix the Riverton location (edge of Draper). This location used to be great, but now it’s a place of chaos. Poor customer service, friends of employees loitering all over the place, employees swearing up a storm, just a mess.
