Who knew that there was an Artic Circle this NICE! It is a NEW location that will surprise you on how Nice it is! It is so modern! And it is pretty busy! The food is usually subpar but the ice cream always lives up. It’s really consistent on flavoring but the quality of ice cream may not be the best! We still thought it hit the spot even though thus is not a premium food place!

So I moved out here to Bluffdale about six months ago. The Arctic Circles around my old house weren’t very good. But this place has been great every single time I’ve gone in. The service is excellent, all workers are beyond kind. And its always clean. Camille *I hope I’m spelling that right* is one of the employees I almost always see and her customer service is awesome. Let me start off saying I generally really like Arctic Circle. I grew up eating it and I know what to expect. This seemed like a great quick option right off Bangeter that wouldn’t be too busy and we could hurry and grab some fast food.

I have a kid with a peanut allergy and the employees are always happy to make him a shake that is allergy friendly. They take the time to clean the machine so that he can enjoy a shake. Most fast food restaurants would tell me they don’t do that. Thank you for being accommodating!

I live in the area and stop here for ice cream on a regular basis. The past few of times have been pretty disappointing. I would rather pay a few bucks more for something edible. The last one was about one twist above the cone and sloppy melted. They should’ve been embarrassed passing it out the window.

The customer service we got here was honestly better than chick fil a wich is hard for me to say but I can do so with confidence. Great welcoming when we came in and they brought are food to are table. I’m usually not a big fan of arctic circle but this one was hands down delicious and fresh. Super clean inside and will definitely stop by here whenever I’m in the area. They even came to are table while we were eating to make sure we didn’t run out of sauces and to make sure everything tasted good I’ve been to sit down restaurants with worse customer care you can tell the ladies that were operating it that day took pride in there work.

Kind of upset. Ordered shakes and food through the drive thru. They had us pull forward and wait. Brought out shakes they melted in the 10 min. Wait. The fries were cold. Would have thought they would have been fresh for the time it took. Fish was soggy not crunchy. Cheeseburger bun crumbled.
