I ordered the Salmon Poki. The flavor of the salmon was very tasty. However, I was hoping for a better quality meal and a reasonable portion. A little underwhelming of a presentation, given the price of $23.95. Thankfully, the salmon was very fresh and served with sliced cucumbers and chopped lettuce. The restaurant is cute and cozy on the inside and I did not wait long for my meal. I was the only person in the restaurant. Overall, the meal was average.

Man, just found this place. Cute and fun and just a nice place to go to. I definitely will be back. I stpeed out of my box and got the Reindeer Bibimbab. Just full of veggies and meat and so delicious. My friend got the Tempura shrimp and the Calamari tempura. He said it wad all very yummy. Come check out and support this local business.

Found the sushi to be good – ordered Crunch Roll. Service is pretty good. Empty when we got here but other guests started to fill in. Edit: mandate 20% gratuity with no thought to party size – usually 6+? Tables have a coating on them that is kind of “sticky” but seems to be material it is coated in, not sure. Was informed by my spouse that sushi isn’t exactly fresh – tuna was microwaved before added to sushi to defrost it quickly…

I’ve had multiple visits to this place throughout the past several years and I am glad they’re here. The service is always decent and the food is tasty. It is reminiscent of little back corner restaurants I’ve stumbled on in Tokyo in terms of the vibe of the place which I like, but it is pricey. Then again everything in Anchorage is.

The sushi was very tasty. I did order through Grubhub and it was delayed multiple times. I couldn’t figure out why until Grubhub reached out to me via phone. When the new mandatory mask order went into effect Monday, the original Grubhub driver did not wish to comply with the mandate; the owner/manager would not allow the person in to pick up the food without one. So the food was delayed in getting to me as they had to dispatch another Grubhub driver. However, the food was delicious. There were several sushi rolls, Thai iced tea, and fried rice for my kid; every single thing was tasty and fresh.

We went for lunch at 2pm during the week. All the lights were off, it looked closed. No music, there was talk radio on. It was freezing inside too, heat wasn’t on. Husband ordered hot sake and he microwaved it. I heard it beeping and the man taking it out when I was near the bathroom and then he walked it over to our table. It was extremely hot when he brought it over. Does he not know that cooks out the alcohol!? What the heck. Our rolls were over $20/ea and were very small. The food wasn’t bad but certainly was nothing special to note. Disappointing, overpriced, not even a bit professional. Go elsewhere.

Came here for dinner twice now. Can verify – quality sushi, great miso, friendly staff, and great service. It wasn’t super busy either time, so service was quick. Definitely recommend stopping in! Oh, and the online ordering option is fantastic. Worked like a charm.
