Our daughter is getting married close by, and we needed a space for the bridal party and family after the rehearsal. Kirk, the owner, was so kind and accommodating to us! From the bartenders and staff, to the regulars, and especially Kirk, everyone was so sweet and amazing! Our family and friends had a good time and karaoke was the cherry on top!! Bride and groom were definitely happy and enjoying themselves! This mother of the bride is overjoyed at how well the night went! Drinks and food are delicious, lots of beer choices and drink/shot specials. They have a fun, welcoming and hip environment you are going to love! Thank you Kirk and all your amazing staff for making us feel welcomed and showing us a great time! We will be back!

Awful experience, the bar is very racist. My husband went to play in his band, a grungy band, the owner stopped us in the 2nd song and cancel the whole show. Mind you the show has been organized for weeks…weeks…if you are racist and don’t like loud rock music then why organize this event? The bar claims to be rock friendly but i dont know.. awful bar awful people, i have video of people making fun of bands in the bar (friends of the owner) and it just breaks your hearts. Music has no barriers. Grow tfu .

My wife and I stopped by Area 23 on Friday September 17, 2021. It was our first visit and will not be our last. We grabbed to seats at the bar and ordered drinks and beef brisket sandwiches! Very good! Nice beer selection and full bar. Band came on about 8pm and the place started getting busier. Music was loud but comfortably so!

Always an amazing time here! Awesome staff, great vibes, local art everywhere, great food and an ever rotating list of beers. They serve liquor as well. The owner, Kirk, is usually there and always friendly. Definitely a place to check out in Concord.

Fantastic live music, phenomenal atmosphere and ok food. And the service was friendly. Definitely worth hanging out here; play pool, dance, play games and just listen to the music and eat,drink and be merry. No matter what, definitely relax. We had lamb gyro, loaded nachos with bacon and the caramel popcorn. Nachos were overdone, but still ok. Lamb gyro was really good, tender meat and bread not soggy. Coleslaw fantastic. We played Bananas and Jenga, and there are a ton of other games as well.
