I really like the mango sticky rice here so I keep coming back. No more after today. I thought it was just a fluke but every time I come they COMPLETELY forget about my order. How does this happen EVERY TIME. I sat there for about 10 minutes (no problem) but then an employee walks up to and ask me what order am I waiting on? I proceeded to inform them employee of my order number and she looked surprised and stated “ohhh”, right then and there I new my order was forgotten again. I proceeded to patiently wait another 25 minutes to receive my mango sticky rice knowing I would NEVER return to this place again.

What really stands out a the high level of quality in the ingredients and the flavors of the food. Excellent service as well. I would say there is probably not a bad item on the menu. Don’t forget the desserts next store at Sweet Moon.

I make the order online and walk over to pick up in about 30minutes and they always have my order ready. I’m a little confused at the amount of people saying they’ve had their order forgotten or cancelled every single time because I order about once a month and I’ve never experienced it.
