We took our whole family here for our granddaughter’s 12th birthday and had a delicious meal of sushi, sashimi and bento box terikyaki chicken and tempura. Our group loved the sushi, and my chicken teriyaki was tender and moist, unlike most of the Japanese restaurants around here. The tempura was nice and crisp and not soggy. When the owner found we were celebrating a birthday, the staff came parading out of the kitchen with a rousing chorus of happy birthday ,joining in with crashing drums. Our granddaughter was grinning ear to ear. Very unexpected and personal! They took a group picture, gave her one and were posting the other one on the wall of birthdays celebrated there. Very fun evening!

They offer variety of options for lunch special bento box, every box comes with salad, edamame and miso soup. I had the salmon teriyaki. Salmon is a bit too dry but overall a pretty good value ($12 per bento).

Amazing Sushi! The best part about this place is the owner. He is amazing! The staff is great and they are all very friendly and attentive. We went for a party as my recommendation because I eat there all the time and my family loved it. We took my nephew and they all came out singing and banging the drums and had him do his shots. They all had such a good time. Ariake is great!

The sushi on the boat was not fresh when we arrived. The waiter was OK but left before we could give him his tip. The food (Bento box) we ordered was delicious and freshly made. Kinda bummed the hot tea was not unlimited and we had to keep asking for water refills. Overall, good experience but hope next time we visit during a busier time to ensure better service.

We used to go here all the time for sushi. Staffs are friendly. My kids likes unagi rolls and miss soup here. They always want extra tofu in their soup, and the staffs are always so kind to give to them. It’s also fun for kids to look at the boat.
