I’m never disappointed eating here. Husband and wife who own and work there. They were a bit short-handed (who lsn’t). She was serving tables, and he was tending bar. Very friendly couple. They also have a 20-something college kid bussing tables. A very polite, hard worker. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had dinner on the patio at dusk. There was beautiful, soft music, a gentle breeze. And, I had the best linguini with clams (little necks) I’ve ever had. Truly a wonderful experience in every way. I can’t say enough good things.

Food was great but the service couldn’t be any better! We walked into while still prepping to open. Proprietor was very sweet and accommodating. Grilled octopus with shaved fresh fennel was delicious as well as their thin crust pizza. Good selection of wines.

We’ve lived in Shelton for over 10 years and never thought about trying Aribella. We couldn’t see it from the road, so we just never thought about trying it. Well, after reservations at another restaurant were a fail, we thought that our long-awaited date night was going to be a disaster. We decided to try Aribella and we were so impressed! We sat outside on the beautiful patio. The waitstaff was very attentive and the food was amazing. I’m a huge fan of Italian food and have been to so many sub-par Italian restaurants. This is the real deal! I had the pasta with the filet and mushroom sauce. It was divine! We’re so happy to have a new date night spot in town!

I got the linguini con gamberi while my wife ordered the meatballs and eggplant rollatini. We both loved the food. The shrimp was large and fresh while the linguini tasted home made. Two thumbs up. Perfect restaurant for date night.
