The food was fantastic and the service pretty good. They were busy as it was 7/4, but still managed to keep it together. Unlike the other restaurants in the hotel. They accommodated our dinner time and table which was nice. The lobster bisque had just the right texture and flavor. The steak was flawless. And the mushrooms were exquisite!

OMG is this place Awesome! Staff was fantastic, once I got really busy the server forgot to clear our plates and my wife was a little annoyed. The duck appetizer was a home run. Steak was excellent and must try the lobster. The Best must get is the truffle Mac and cheese!! Valet park and get it validated. Beautiful inside and comfortable chairs and not to noisy.

I enter restaurant, they sit me down, i’m ordering wine and same guy that sat me comes and says “theres a dress code, you gotta wear a shirt or polo”. I was in pants, varvatos tshirt and shoes. I look arround, theres people in tshirts and FLIP FLOPS. Manager maybe wanted $$$ to let you seat. They pick and choose who to enforce dress code with. Hotels advertizement says “smart casual”. Restaurant manager says “business casual”. Place smells anyway and saved me $500!. Go next block to Marco Prime

We splurged and got the tomahawk steak and it was 200% worth it. I couldn’t believe that food could taste that good. We had a side of fries and asparagus that complimented the steak really well. That chocolate ball thing was the best chocolate ball thing I’ve ever eaten. It was filled with a smooth chocolate mousse with a chocolate biscuit on the bottom. It was all around one of the best meals of my life. Service was also really professional and nice!

This may have been one of the worst “steak houses” I have visited… we ordered a 20oz cowboy rib eye and received what looked like a 10oz basic choice ribeye with absolutely no marbling. The steak was over cooked to boot.. apparently medium rare is an anomaly for this place. The flavor profile was sub par at best and that’s being generous.

To say our experience at this, supposedly high end restaurant, was disappointing would be an understatement. Because of our part size(5) we couldn’t get a reservation until 9:30, which was fine because we’d had a late snack at the pool. Upon arriving we were rushed by out waitress to decide on our selections since “the kitchen was closing at 10”. Well “A Team” chefs must have already left because the 9 year old in our party had the best prepared steak in his kids meal filet. The rest of our steaks were unevenly cooked and certainly not worthy of anything close to the prices being charged, and I’m totally fine with spending $200-300/person for a fine meal at Mortons, Ruth’s Chris & others. Again, Total Disappointment!

We dined at Ario for a birthday celebration, party of two. Our server Khan was incredibly warm, attentive, and made fantastic menu recommendations. We started with a glass of fume Blanc and a smoked Manhatten, both recommendations, and both excellent.

The service plus the food and drinks exceeded our expectations! Our bartender Devi was fantastic!! The Attention to details and amazing margaritas!! This was our second night back and when we sat out the bar he remembered us and welcomed us back. The food was out of this world. Felt like I wanted to smack the chef how good the chicken I ordered was. Thank you Ario for the awesome experience. Will be back!!
