A whole lot going on here. My first time dining here. Came here on a friend/coworker’s recommendation. I had the Four Peaks Combo which includes 1/4lb brisket, 1/4lb pulled pork, 1/3 rack ribs (pork), and 1/4 smoked chicken. It comes with 2-sides and choice of corn or flour tortillas… I chose their Green Chili Bacon Mac & Cheese and Tumbleweed Slaw (Mayo based). The meat portions are plenty. All were tender. The brisket was strange or peculiar as it tasted to me like I was eating a pot roast… had me looking underneath for the roasted carrots and potatoes. And I’m wondering if this was a brisket, or a chuck or round piece of meat. I did happen to find a bone; so be careful. Of the other meats, the pulled pork had the best flavor. Only thing I didn’t care for was the silverback left on the ribs. It gets tough when the meat is cooked. Of the sauces I chose, their sweet version is good. The green chili did nothing for me. The sides: I really liked their Mac & Cheese as they cooked the pasta al dente; giving it a nice bite. Good flavors with the green chilis and bacon. As for the coleslaw it had a lot of crunch, was dry, and very little dressing. Just my preference to eat a creamy coleslaw. There was little cabbage, and more broccoli and sprouts used. The restaurant is clean, and not full service as you place your order at the register. It wasn’t busy so I didn’t have to pick it up at their counter; it was brought out to me. I might try one of their sweets, and will update my review if needed. A good restaurant. Worth coming to if you’re looking to eat barbecue. Ohhh-kayyy… this is a quick update. Killer Giant Ice Cream Sandwich ($9.16 after tax) It will serve two if you’re willing to share.

Food is very good, but for some reason my expectation was bigger . Thinking that the food was going to hit the spot which it did . The chicarons was hot off the stove… hint of spice with a slight vinegar taste which is good. Last time I had that was about 10 years ago at ranch market but I forgot all about it and decided to try it. Not disappointed. Cost with tip approx 23$ bones

We have been looking for a bbq in the area since we moved here. The smoked bbq food was awesome. there wasn’t anything that we ordered that we did not like our sides were the chili Mac with bacon, corn, bread, muffin, chips, and salsa.

Best Arizona BBQ we could has asked for! In our way to the airport, though we would give it a try. Not only the food, but the experience was amazing! Too notch service, amazing selection, and food was out of this world! If your traveling to the Mesa airport, you have to try this place!

Tucked into the back of this strip mall, we found some of the best cooked ribs and pulled pork in the Valley. The only thing we didn’t care for was the Colorado sauce, thats for a special customer, not most.

This is my all time favorite BBQ place. It is always fresh. Like steaming hot.! We always get the grand canyon and we always have enough to take home. The flavor is outstanding, I can go on and on about how good this place is. I recommend this place. You will crave this food just like we do.!!!

Great place. Watched Check please on PBS and this was 1 of the restaurants featured, so we decided to try. The tacos were amazing. The prickly pear lemonade was excellent, bought a gallon to take home. We even took home 2 salads and some ribs for dinner. It was all wonderful. Great place. Will definitely go back.

Omgoodness ❤️ my favorite BBQ anywhere. We are moving to Texas and have been told that Texas BBQ is the best, but I beg to differ. This is the best BBQ I’ve had anywhere at any time. Everything is so good and every meat off the charts delicious. Very sad to be leaving AZ BBQ!! Don’t forget to try their habanero sauce; it’s amazing!!

The wife and I went here for dinner. Staff and service was excellent. We were walked through the menu and sauces. The wife had smoke wings and a blood orange Margarita both were outstanding. I had the Superstition Combo. The meats were all pretty tasty. The green chili mac n cheese and the cornbread were good but not quite great.
