I had so much hope for the restaurant being that it’s a black establishment. Service sucks… been at this place for an hour waiting on food. It was on a Tuesday morning and it was busy when I walked in. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated, waited about 15 minutes before actually ordering, then 45 minutes for food. Food wasn’t as good as expected. Will I return or recommend NO.

Our experience dining at Arline’s Restaurant was great. The service and personnel was very attentive and professional . My meal was baked chicken, green beans, pigeon peas and rice and pound cake. I would like to advise the owner and staff to add the offer of white meat chicken on the menu. Fortunately society is and should eat healthier and it would more than likely add to the patronage. Think healthy food offerings preparation as a choice, also ! I highly recommend this restaurant .

To be honest the food didn’t really wow me nor the price. The grits were watery, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked and had fat in it, and as for the gravy it tasted okay and had a light sausage taste to it. I was told by an associate that the food was very good. But, it wasn’t to my liking at all.

It was my first time at this spot…I enjoyed the corned beef hash, not the grits but it was okay enough for me to try something else on the menu. It took quite a while to place my order but they were very friendly.

The customer service is terrible. I called to place an order and was placed on hold. I got to the restaurant the cashier stated she was too busy to come back to the phone. She then said it would take 30 minutes to make the order with 3 cust in the restaurant. No apology. I was on my way to work and this was a big inconvenience.
