They need to be a little organized when taking orders over the phone , had me on hold exactly 7 minutes I can hear how nosing the background is , never got back on the phone with me actually I think he really forgot about me I hung up . Pizza is Really good the few times I ordered.

Horrible service and attitude. I ordered a lasagna with meatballs on April 4th 2022. It was delivered, when I pulled it out of the bag it was open and the container bent in half and spilled all over the floor and bare foot. I even burnt my foot. I called them immediately to report it and ask for a new order. They said they didn’t have any more lasagna and couldn’t bring me anymore food, but that they would give me a credit for a new order. I was left without anything to eat, but was like okay. I called on April 9 2022 to order my lasagna with meatballs credited and Italian Hotdog. The person who answered the phone was rude and nasty. Claiming it wasn’t their fault and that they would give me a 60 percent discount. I didn’t spill it their containers where faulty. He argued and yelled at me. I will not be ordering or eating here. And on Monday I will be calling and telling credit card company the entire charge is fraud. This place should be shut down for their attitude.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and i think there pizza is amazing. Went in a couple of nights ago for a quick slice and really had to use the bathroom. this was the first time I asked to which I was given a stern no after waiting 15 minutes for a slice of pizza!. If I can patronize your place and you can take my money, then I should be able to use your facilities.

You call in an order for pick and quoted a time frame. Then when you get there is like your waiting over and hour for your food. It’s a busy Wednesday night there should be more then one person in the back cooking. This place has really gone down hill since the original owner sold it to someone who has no idea how to run a pizza place. Never coming here again so over waiting over an hour for three very simple food items…

We used to love this place but it has just gone completely downhill so many things wrong with their food but what has me commenting today my mother and I ordered a sub sandwich tuna they raised their prices and cut the amount of food they’re giving you. I get prices rise but the quality of the food should not go down. We literally got a piece of bread with some lettuce and tomato and hardly any tuna it wasn’t even enough to fully spread out on all of the bread. $34 for one tuna fish sandwich with no tuna and a salad ridiculous.
