Honestly, one of the best restaurant I’ve eaten in a long time! Our waitress upstairs was lovely, so welcoming and made us laugh. The cooks are absolutely excellent! I took the Chicken Alfredo which was awesome and my boyfriend took the Bacon burger with cheese and french fries. The burger was enormous and so juicy. The cheese stix were so big it could be a meal and the fried calamari were absolutely excellent. A big big 5 ⭐️

My sister and I chose this restaurant after reading the reviews. In a word, awesome. We are here visiting from Toronto and wanted some good italian food. Arnie’s was delightful. Our exceptional experience started with our friendly and knowledgeable server Bobbie. She explained to us that everything was homemade. We started with calamari and the best marinara sauce I have had since Italy. We each had a pasta dish and the food was delicious. Portion sizes are huge and the price was very reasonable. We had a great lasagna dinner complete with garlic bread, salads and a glass of wine! We finished up our dinner with a piece of their Italian lemon cake with some whipped cream! It was delicious! We love the ambience and the friendly service.

Came to this restaurant because of Google Reviews, unfortunately the service was awful and lacking hospitality. It started right away when 14 of us showed up and they said right away they couldn’t accommodate us… Without even asking How are you or anything. We should have turned away but most of the group wanted pasta and we were hungry. The lasagna and the spaghetti & meatballs were tasty. The Italian Hot Sausage sandwich and the Chicken Alfredo was so-so. We also got charged full adult price for our kids meals…not cool.

One of the guys at the hotel I stayed at and another of my doctor friends recommended Arnie’s and I’m so glad I took to their recommendation. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. I ordered the grilled liver and onions and spaghetti with sauce. Omg the grilled liver and onions were everything and more. The guy at the bar was very very friendly, I also met a lot of nice people there. I recommend this restaurant if you are in Plattsburgh don’t think twice just go try them out.

I’ve heard a lot about Arnie’s pizza, but I have to say it was disappointing. The sauce and cheese were fine, but the crust was hard like a cracker. We waited a while for our food. There was only one person serving/bussing/everything–we felt bad for him– it got crowded while we were there. The rest of the food was good, and we’ll definitely eat there again. Maybe no pizza though.

It was not a very welcoming atmosphere. Tried to get a table but was meet with rudeness by the bartender. The restaurant had many free tables including seating at the bar. I went to talk to the bartender to see about a table or how long the wait might be because there was no hostess. It was quite clear by her lack of customer service that our family were not welcome. We walked by the restaurant an hour and they had even fewer customers. None of the tables that she claimed were reserved had any customers.
