Traveling for new years from out of state and just happened to be passing through when the crew said they were all hungry. We googled food spots and Arnold’s popped up. We checked the menu and there was something for everyone. We stopped by hoping our small town food choice was gonna be a good one. Well it was amazing. The waitress was great and very friendly, every single persons entrée down to the sides were amazing and fresh. We left full and content with our choice and would gladly return when passing through again.

Picked up a to go order this evening…. “Heidi”. My wife ordered two chili dogs, got one with no weinee. My order was for onion rings instead of fries. I got 4 soggy onions rings!! Do better guys!!!

Every time we take out (literally) something is wrong. Tonight we ordered hamburger steak and oh boy I’m glad I had extra food in the fridge. If you don’t have enough say so. I don’t want a McDonald’s patty. Also we ordered gravy. It was not there. Just a dried out tiny little patty. Embarrassing.

1st time we have been there in a while and at the end of our meal I remembered why. I am not a big complainer, but when you get food that is terrible I think others need to know… don’t get the flounder “early bird special”! It was just like a giant fish stick and believe it or not, someone can mess up French fries, the ones I got appeared to be like ones at the bottom of the fry vat all day. I ate the fish and 1/3 of the fries, but should have sent the back at the first bite (but like I said I try not to complain) I did tell the waitress as she cleaned up to show the “cook” the fries and ask if they would it them like that, she said she noticed that they were looked bad when she brought the food and should have brought them out, but I let her know it wasn’t her fault. The cook put it on the plate and she asked several times if things were ok…

Fantastically fun place with great food and super friendly people. We had cheeseburgers and fries and green tomatoes and okra. And a BLT. All great! Y’all, you gotta go. You won’t regret it. The guy at the next table got a steak salad that looked to die for.

We came at a busy end of lunch rush and the front waitress didn’t approach us right away so we felt a little lost. Do we sit ourselves? But once we sat down we had great service. Our waitress was excellent. The menu has good food variety and at a great price. I had a patty melt and onion rings and as a last minute choice asked for the green beans. Oh. Wow. It was delicious. Will come back again.
