I’m reading some of these comments about the owner guy being rude? Like, they must have the wrong place— he always make it a point to say hi and thank you from the back where he’s busy doing the pizza oven and more. Pizzas good. Subs are filled and their gr chicken Greek salad is fantastic!! And complaints about pricing.. like, it’s 2023.. go to McDonald’s, get a Big Mac meal-it’s $12 bucks.. I’d rather a large sub(lunch the next day)! Family owned-5stars- see for yourself!!

Seriously, I didnt realised I have not reviewed Aroma Pizza and Grill from many times we have ordered here (since they opened). I have to say, Im very picky with my pizza, that being said, I must say that Aroma’s pizza is one of the best in town. My go to is their gyro. Their veal parm is my daughter’s fave. My husband prob tried everything on the menu already. Phone orders are quick, easy, and they have real customer service. Have they screwed up an order? Yes, but nothing serious that they cant fix or we can let go. When Im not cooking, Aroma Pizza and Grill is one of the places we would go to.

I posted this same complaint 8 months ago. Online there prices are one price. There menus board in the place is another. Then when you pay its even higher. They have one excuse after another. It’s illegal. It’s called switch and bait. I will be reporting them.

Terrible . First off got wrong order and not the first time they have been openly unacceptable to admit they made wrong sandwich(blamed me for ordering it wrong. Usually you know what you order!) . They did offer to make me what I ordered but nobody who has 15 minutes to wait calls in an order where and unaccepting they took the wrong order over the phone. This is the wrap I got once I opened it I did try to eat it but only took a few bites because it SUCKED!!! Didn’t try to return it won’t be back.

Was a pretty regular customer. Some of the food was good. Called to order something simple and was told they would not do it. Wanted rice with peppers on it…. And they refused. Odd. Also the guy who works there (thinking the owner) is rude and combative. Ok in a pinch but take your business elsewhere. I’m not spending my money where it’s not valued

There salads are great. Pizza is soso at best for a sub shop the food is good. There prices in the website say one thing. Then the prices on the board are another price. Then when u go to pay there is a third price. This has been for a while now. And the excuse is they haven’t had time to change prices. But they have no problem charging the higher price wich was programed in the register. Seriously. Bad business
