It’s cherry fest and it’s busy, I get it. But I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not one of the 2 staff even acknowledged me! Others after me piled in and got waited on immediately. They got their drink before me and when I got mine, the lady who made my drink didn’t even look at me and just said here you go! Terrible! I thought the owners are Christians! This is bad service. There are better places to go in town for coffee where coffee is great and everybody smiles! The 2 ladies at aromas look tired and unhappy. Go try 7brew! You’d be smiling when you leave.

I’m a meticulous latte enthusiast. This place has a nice atmosphere and friendly service but the latte art was messed up. Also their coffee didn’t taste fresh. With that being said, their latte might be ok for average coffee customers.

My girlfriend got the vanilla latte. She was very pleased with her purchase. She rated it a 7-8 out of 10. The ladies behind the desk were pleasant. They could do a little better at saying hello and greeting people. We stood there for a minute and no one said anything to us. Other than that, great place to grab a coffee!

Very nice place on the inside they have a wide selection of tea and coffee. My lavender London fog was a little weak and watery, but i still enjoyed it. My husband didn’t like his coffee. The barista was standoffish and had an attitude with us. She even went out of her way to stop making our drinks to stop and serve another woman who ordered after us.

I am definitely a frequent customer at Aroma’s. I can tell because the employees know that all I drink is a Tall Mocha with Whip. It is always good no mater what employee makes it and that’s hard to find sometimes. Darci is the sweetest and always has the warmest greeting when I see her. I prefer to give my business to a place that I know my drink will be good unlike post chain coffee places.

Nice little place, although parking lot is a bit difficult to get into. I got a carmel latte and it’s probably my 3rd favorite in Traverse City. My husband got a frozen blended drink and it was way too sugary sweet. I haven’t tried their food but they do have a small menu with some good looking sandwiches. Several people looked to be working on laptops and it looks cozy.
