Haven’t had Arris since 1990. Tasted the same! House pizza. Looked like they cooked a ground beef pizza then added the extra ingredients. Lower cheese was perfectly browned. Upper had zero browning. House salad was pitiful. My standard is, would I serve this to my houseguests? No way. White iceberg lettuce. Looked like it was harvested mid-winter.

First of all, I must start by saying their pizza is fantastic, texture, size and serving is pretty good. In order for me to rate a place with 5 stars, they have to meet my 5 stage criteria which is based on, cleanliness, speed, food quality, price and customer relations. This place was pretty good until we get to the customer relations part, yes. The waitress was friendly, but we had to ask for things such as silverware, straws, and refills on drinks 3 or more times, I do understand they were crowded and understaffed, but still does not justify ver lack of attention. This will not keep me from coming back in the future tho.

It was our first and last time dining at Arris pizza. We sat where you can see them prepare the food. They did not follow food saftey and procedures. A few of the people wore just 1 glove while others wore 2 gloves. Seen one of the cooks touching his face, hair with the hand without a glove, while he was on his cell phone with the gloved hand. He did not wash his hands or change gloves. I seen another cook putting toppings on pizza and he was not wearing gloves. We were displeased that is why we will not be returning. The prices for burnt crust is out ragious.

Went in at 9 pm and about four teenage girls were all standing at the counter talking when we came in no one greeted us just said do you have a to go order. We said no and I heard one of them quietly say something then the other one said “we’re only doing to go orders so you wanna place one”. It was very clear the only reason they decided on a whim to do that was so they could close early and leave early. When we walked back to the car one of them shut off the open sign. At only 9 pm. If you’re open till 10, you’re open till 10. Don’t be lazy. I’ve worked in many restaurants and I guarantee they decided to “only offer to go orders” was so they could do their closing duties early and leave right at 10. It was literally me and one other person wanting to eat inside at 9pm on a Saturday. Horrible service, super unprofessional and lazy workers.

We love the thin crust pizza and eat here every time we are in Springfield. UPDATE: Changed from 5 star to barely 3 star. We had Arris’ Pizza for dinner tonight and were disappointed. They have changed their breakfast bacon pizza again and we did not care for it. Actually, both of our pizzas seemed a little tasteless. This is the second time they have made changes to what we feel are inferior ingredients. We used to live here and ate Arris’ all the time because it was so good! But that was with the old owners. If this is the new Arris’ Pizza then we will skip it next time in town. Bummer.

Loved the pizza from Jefferson City location for years but the pizza at this location tasted different. Different cheese it seems and the crust got a little too hot and burned.
