Locals go nuts over this place, and IMO it was a bit overhyped. I was told to order the Philly Steak with extra cheese, and while it was definitely cheesy, the whole thing just tasted kinda bland. No real extraordinary flavor. I also ordered the Chicken Hawaiian which I thought was also bland.

We tried the Basilog. It was great but nothing special. The cheese steak was as good as advertised. Highly recommend it. This joint have great comfort foods that are inexpensive. Will definitely come back.
