This is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the Seattle area. At least based on the dishes I ordered. With a few changes/improvements I think it can be a 5-start restaurant! More details below.

We went to an inauguration and we tried a lot of different food over there. Every single thing was delicious and the best thing was the variety in their food. There was absolutely no parking issues and it has a great ambiance and location. I really recommend this restaurant, don’t miss out.

This has to be the best Indian restaurant I’ve been to in the greater Seattle area. The food was extremely authentic, presentation was amazing, and service was exemplary. We had the Pani Puri shots, chicken lollipop, and tandoori prawns for appetizers. They were all amazing, especially the tandoori prawns. Chutneys were really nice. We had the kadhai chicken and naan for mains which were very authentic and nice. The malapua dessert was the cherry on the top. Very strongly recommend ❤️

We were looking for a new spot to celebrate a birthday and decided to try Arth. We were promptly seated although we had walked in without any reservations. We were impressed by the general ambience on a Sunday night and appreciated the tasteful decor and music. Arth offers a decadent menu with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and GF options. We started with the jackfruit cutlets and tandoori soya chaap – both absolutely phenomenal!! The cutlets were spiced beautifully and the soya was melt in your mouth (not an easy feat to achieve with this dish). We also got the daal makhani which was certified to be the real deal by my extremely picky partner who considers himself to be somewhat of a daal makhani connoisseur . The staff got to know we were celebrating a birthday and surprised us with a delectable dessert, which was a really sweet gesture. We can’t wait to be back to try the other items on the menu. Highly recommend Arth if you are on the lookout for great Indian food!

Arth, Indian Bistro, made my birthday memorable during its first week. The service was exceptional, and the Champaran Meat, Pani Puri shots, and Biryani were all bursting with flavor. The special Malpuah dessert was a nostalgic delight. Arth has earned a top spot on my list for Indian cuisine. Unforgettable experience with amazing service and outstanding food

Good for both veg and non veg, skip the drinks and focus on the food. Chicken lollipops, corn pops, and soya chaap were delicious. Family sized portions, so I would like to come back in a large group and try more.

Went there with my husband and honestly one of the best Indian food I have ever had. I had the chicken Tandoori which was moist and very flavorful. It was still sizzling on the cooking stone when it came to our table. I ordered mild spicy – which was definitely enough for me – and enjoyed it with butter nans, which were fresh and light. My husband got the chicken Tikka, which was also very flavorful, and a ‘gravy’ made with chick peas to go with it since chicken Tikka is ‘dry’. It was a recommendation from the waiter and we definitely enjoyed it. The service was also excellent. Will come back.
