Lovely small place with spectacular service. Food is amazing and real treat for all. We enjoyed every bit of the experience here and recommend this place if you are a fan of Caribbean and Trinidad flavors.

First time visiting. Great atmosphere; really, really enjoyed the food. My entire meal was great, the callaloo soup was delicious! The stew fish my husband got, awesome!!!

We stopped in mid week for the first time! What a wonderful surprise for reasonable, excellent food in #keylargo!

It seems like these guys have no idea what they’re doing. Food took too long. The fries are ready 20 minutes before the entrée so by the time the meal arrives, the fries are already cold. The half chicken jerked tasted like microwaved fish. It all went in the bin and had to go out again for dinner somewhere else.

We had an exhausting day of travel so we wanted dinner nearby. The reviews were good and near to where we are staying. Simple and unassuming atmosphere, the food was anything but!

We came here on the recommendations of our crew at the dove shop and wow it did not disappoint. We checked reviews and I’m surprised to see anything negative. We had Oxtail Stew, Curry goat, and blackened prime rib and shrimp and everything was AMAZING! Also had the conch ceviche plus local beer and cocktails and again, it was all delicious! Our waiter was a veteran as are we and their business supports veterans. The owner came out to see if we were satisfied and of course we were. Parking is in the back so don’t let the lack of cars out front fool you! They have live reggae at 9pm so if you are into a more “bar” atmosphere just wait a bit later to go.

Our friends recommended this place and we are glad they did. This is a small restaurant with unique dishes. I had the callaloo soup and the oxtail. Both were very delicious. It was a bit busy but understandable for dinner time. Arthur came to our table and talked to us. We will definitely return.

This is a locals place. Let them have it. Steak was over cooked. Steamed veggies was a sautéed house salad. The twice baked potato was of the frozen foods variety. The shrimp and grits were flavorless, instant and dry. My son said they have really good onion rings and my daughter loved her jumbo butterflied shrimp. Our kids are 11. Also, she asked where we were from when she sat us before giving us our menus. Then our menu prices were very different from their website. Cater to the locals and overcharge those on vacation? Maybe, not sure. Either way the atmosphere is of a hole in the wall pool hall. As we entered it felt like an obscure seedy strip joint. Won’t go back. Overpriced frozen food.

A nice change of flavor for the upper keys. They had run out of oxtail when we arrived which is a good sign but a heart breaker. Full bar. They have reggae nights on Fridays. My only gripe is that the portions were small compared to other Jamaican restaurants.
