Can be a bit rowdy at times, but the bartenders and security people are very good at their jobs… If only the patrons could behave as well… If you just want to meet a friend for a couple of drinks or you have a desire to play the lottery machines, Arts Red Garter is just the right place!

wow a great meal $18.50 1 pound prime rib was awesome. you can eat in the bar or dining room. they have karaoke on wendsdays & sundays ,, food is a great value , great service & it tasted better than anywhere in the Valley. have been here several times & never once have seen anyone fight ague or anything bad.

It was late an hour be for closings and they rushed the drink ,salid/w bread; then proceeded to for getabout me for a 1/2 hr. So I reminded my waitress and it still took s nother15 min to get my order. Food…so so. And price way to high for the quality.

The food herre is very good. The resturant is cozy the people are friendly and courteous. There is also a bar with 6 Orrgon video lottery machines. During the week they have karaoke.. Bikers are welcome

Yet another person was killed in a drunk driving accident coming from Art’s Red Garter Saloon aka The Gutter aka The Gut. Please stay away from this den of vipers that is the bane of our community. This place has done more to destroy our town than all other factors combined, yet the OLCC and the City Council refuse to do anything about it even though The Gutter serves minors and last I knew one of their bartenders was not licensed. Despite hundreds of complaints they continue to operate in the middle of our town. I guess more people have to get maimed or die before anyone does anything.

A good place to go for a drink in the daytime, but I would rather go to the Sportmen Tavern across the street because the red gutter has to many fights and shootings at night!!!
