Called for delivery someone else was paying for so I asked the girl to call the number of the credit card holder then the Manager gets in the phone and asked me why cant I have the person call . Because maybe ,the person needs to confirm it a pizza place calling through caller id verification process. She took the number down wrong and then have nerve to as me why the counter personnel cant do what’s part of her job . I will never patronize this place again

Food is delicious, Service is always fast. Received a pie I wasn’t happy with after numerous orders prior that I was/am a happy customer, and they sent me a new pizza with no problem, or attitude. Highly recommend this place.

I have been long time customer for this pizza for more than 10 years. They have been great until this year. Their quality has been on downhill, pizza has been dry, no cheese at all and dough has been like wooden piece. I understand Covid this year has impacted many small business but this shop has been completely on wrong direction to cut cost and price increase has made it even not worth it. Plus customer service is less than disappointing upon reaching out to them about quality issue, their answer was less than even listening about the quality issue. I can sense how easily business can downhill with their current quality.

The food here is just ok. I’ve ordered from there several times and each time I’ve been disappointed. They tend to go light on the ingredients. The chicken parmesan subs have too little chicken, sauce and cheese to where all you can taste is the bread. The same thing goes for the pizza.
