Definitely one of my top choices for sushi! Bonus because they are open for dine-in later than many nearby for a Friday night! The space is inviting and dimmed for a romantic atmosphere and the service was attentive and friendly. We shared a bunch of things and not only did everything taste fresh and amazing, but also was plated beautifully! The veggie tempura was lightly battered and crispy and the shrimp fried rice was so flavorful. We shared the berry good, king salmon, spider, and tiger rolls! They were all so good! I was skeptical about the berry one with tuna and strawberry together… SO glad we tried it!! A such a unique flavor combo with a little spicy kick! All of our food came relatively quick and we really enjoyed our experience!

Always amazing. Been coming for many years and it’s my go to sushi spot. For an added experience sit at the sushi bar and watch them work (they’ll usually make it worth your while with an added sample or unexpected dessert to try.) Love them.

5 stars in all aspects. David was a great server and the food was AMAZING. We went here off of a friends recommendation and we will absolutely be back. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had HIGHLY recommend the 911 roll.

Amazing sushi, best I’ve had. Staff was amazing. We arrived with party of 8, they sat us quickly, got us drinks and kept.our glasses full. The food was amazing. I will be back and recommend to everyone!!!! And prices are decent too.

This place is not like it was years ago. They used to have Asian chefs now there’s a completely different staff… food is too spicy and the roll I had , had way too much tempura.Had to also ask for silverware.The sushi took forever too. I won’t even dare to order carry out here.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is busy but very cozy. Nice 3500k warm lighting all around, touches of old antiques looking wood accents everywhere, and its all very well taken care of. No dust to be seen, raised confidence in the kitchen. Oh lord did the food NOT disappoint, $40.80 got me 4 delicious rolls, 2 cups of green tea, and included the tip. If you are in the area and love sushi come here to Asahi, you’ll definitely make plans to come back! Try the Pink Lady Roll!
