Last straw. We’ve been regular customers but typically been quiet. But prices are crazy expensive compared to others offering the same and now the quality is right down the tubes. We called them to explain but they just blamed it on being busy. 1) it was 4-ish PM on a weeknight and there was no one else in there picking anything up. 2) just because you are busy does not justify rushing and producing bad food. This example of beef and mushrooms. 3) Everything was undercooked and cold to the point the beef “broth” was coagulated. Mushrooms were not cooked for more than 120 seconds tops. All vegetables were raw to the point the entire dish was cold. 4) They said 15 minutes so we got over there in 10 minjtes and food was all ready and waiting with NO ONE else picking up food and no orders sitting behind the counter.

I love the sweet and sour chicken from here. I always get all white meat. The egg Foo Yung is yummy and so is the Shrimp with snow peas. I like the crab Rangoon too. Just a great place. Not much room to dine in. They do mostly take out.

Went inside and ordered two meals. Wasn’t given any idea on how long it would take. The front area needed to be swept and wiped down. The food was very good when we finally got it.

Great food. Wasn’t told how long take out would take, nor was I given a number. Had to listen for my order to be read out loud to know when the food was ready. The front area of the restaurant needed to be swept or mopped, otherwise was clean.

Took 45 minutes to get food and order was wrong after I asked child to repeat it and to ensure I had 4 items for $45 with 3 teas. Not listening and taking orders over a baby monitor by a child. Thank goodness the seafood error didn’t cause an allergic reaction situation.

The general tso chicken was cool. The shrimp fried rice only had like 4 shrimp. The fried chicken wings needed more flavor. I liked the pork egg roll.
