I had never heard Asiagos restaurant prior to our visit. We were in Johnstown for a special event & Googled restaurants near us & decided to try this one. Driving to it I thought for sure Google was taking us on a wild goose chase. But after many twisty, narrow roads, we finally arrived. The food was AMAZING! I wish I would have saved room for dessert because I can only imagine it was fabulous too. I couldn’t afford to go here often, but I’d like to return as a nice treat, like for our anniversary or something.

Took my wife and adult kids here for my wife’s birthday. The ambiance of this place is a 10+. The restaurant sits overlooking Johnstown and is a spectacular view. Our waitress, “Essence” was personable and did a spot on job. Now for the food. I had the veal parmigiana and although it was good I would give it a 7 out of 10. It was a great portion size but was dry. The side of spaghetti was not freshly put on the plate it was starchy and clumped together. To be fair my daughter had the same meal and gave it a 10! My other daughter ordered the eggplant and she raves about it. My wife had the Penna with vodka sauce and also reported it to be delicious Son in-law threw down with the cowboy steak and gave it an 8 out of 10. It was cooked to order and arrived at our table at the medium he requested. Now for the finale. Order the donuts for dessert….you will not be disappointed. A great dinning spot overall and I will go back!
