Stopped by Asian Bamboo House in far Northeast Philadelphia and it was definitely worth the trip. My friend ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken and I ordered Spicy Thai Basil Beef (Beef Pad Kra Pow). They only list it with chicken but they took care of me 🙂 I also ordered Satay Chicken (skewers) and (Thai Style) Spring Rolls.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Not only that but, the customer service is EXCELLENT. They’re all so friendly and readily available whenever needed. We got chicken and broccoli with rice and beef and broccoli with rice with crab rangoon. The best crab rangoons i’ve ever had in my life. Then, we had oranges for dessert, these oranges were the absolute best oranges i’ve ever had as well & it’s just an orange everything was so good!!

Service was awful, never got a glass of water, no napkins at the table. Had to use a single one my utensils were wrapped in. Had nowhere to put them after. Ordered a Tom yam soup- shrimp in the soup weren’t peeled, borth was very watery. Felt like they took one soup and split it in two by adding hot water in both. Not a place to surprise someone with an amazing dinner.
