I’ve eaten at many KBBQ places and this one is probably the worst one for the price it was asking. The brisket meat is way too lean and they don’t have steamed egg on the menu. Service wasn’t really too good either and you’re not able to control your own fire. Pork belly was overly fatty. If you’re going to pay $30 for premium per person, i suggest taking your money & eating elsewhere for better quality food because it was not worth the price at all.

Just ate at this place with my family. The food was great, but the service was garbage. Very uncooperative. Their policies for using the grills are not great for large parties. You are forced to use a grill for a party of 6 or more. If you try to split the group to use the other grill they will force you to sit at separate tables. We were forced to ask for a server several times to get food brought to our table. We also were forced to ask if we can have drinks as they didnt ask us if we wanted any. Having a party of 6 or more requires the customers to pay a gratuity. So even though the service was garbage we were still forced to pay a tip.

Coming from SD, I didn’t expect this place to impress me so much! A little disappointed that there’s no fish cakes for the sides, but that’s ok! The meat is great, the servers are amazing, and I always love coming here to eat.

Great Pho soup. I highly recommend this place. Our server was really attentive. I’m glad I tried this place out, it was super clean. The waiting period for our food was less than 10 min so that’s a plus.

The best experience ever! Our family got to sit down with no reservations and enjoy a beautiful dinner. Bokie recommend delicious Jinro shots with our meal and my husband the perfect beer Sapporo to complement our dinner. Thank you for letting our family be a part of yours! Ask for the house sauce.

No soap in both men’s and women’s s restroom…. what happens after the employees use the restroom? Food is OK. Only few options for pho in Visalia. Servers are good.

This place is SOOO amazing! Staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Went to a similar type of restaurant in Vegas that had great food but over all this restaurant in Visalia ROCKS!!!! Can’t wait to go back.
