If you have any regard for your time, sanity, and overall dining experience, I implore you to avoid this establishment like the plague. Food tastes good and flavorful, however it’s highly overpriced and the portions are very small. I don’t eat a lot and still felt hungry after paying $14 for Bourbon Chicken with Fried Rice. This price did not include a drink, which I purchased at another kiosk. That’s a very steep price to pay for mall fast food. My excellent local Chinese restaurant gives me more food for less moolah. I ended up having to buy myself more food later, because I was still hungry.

Horrible horrible food at Asian Chao. The bourbon chicken used to be awesome at this spot. Now the chicken is just dry and tasteless. The portion size is absolutely small and for 16 dollars for what you get, way over priced!! Do yourself a favor and go to Sarku the next stand over and grab the Teriyaki chicken instead. Not worth it.

This place makes me so mad! The people r so rude and just try to get the line moving without listening to what u have to say. Honestly they need to be sued cause they advertise a combo of 2 full meals as $14 and another for 3.98. I bought 3 meals and a 5 dollar plantain thing and they charged me 50 saying that each meal was 14 which wasn’t advertised at all. No where did it say each was 14, I even looked again! Also the food ain’t that good! 0 stars

Food was overpriced at roughly $18 for rice, broccoli, orange chicken ,and Thai spice chicken. No drink. Would never buy back at this price for the small portions also. But it did taste good but not worth it.

I always come here at least once a week after school with my son to grab some lunch. Today was the worst service ever. I always get half noodles, half rice and double bourbon and the lady said “extra for the bourbon chicken” I said “what? I always come here with the same order and they charge me $14.11 for it.” She goes “Oh they can’t do that, let me know who it is because they need to be written up.” Like tf? I need to speak to her manager because her tone was extreamly disgusting. I’m never coming back here at all! I’ll take my business to Sarku next door!
