The rice just tasted like soy sauce and very greasy, could go lighter on the soy sauce. The green bean tip were not removed and some had long pieces hanging out of the green beans, they were also mushy either sitting out for along time or over cooked. The orange chicken was the only thing that was okay which didn’t taste too bad. However I did have a upset stomach the day after could be the food, but can’t confirm. Also they charged me about two dollars more for two sides and one meat but I only got one of each.

They get through their lines quite quickly and get you in and out fast. If you’re looking to feed your family a meal that will get them full at the Mall of Ga without spending too much then this is the place for you. They give our free samples in case you want to try something before you buy.

I NEVER leave reviews, whether I have a good or bad experience. I just mind my business and move on with my life. But the customer service here is absolutely atrocious that I had to leave one. The people working here, particularly the older Asian man, was absolutely rude, yelling at the customers and berating his staff (a younger latina girl). There wasn’t a long line (maybe because people know not to come here) but he was still rushing and yelling at the customers to hurry up. He then proceeded to give me tiny portions of the chicken and then practically threw the plate at me and proceeded to yell at me for not picking it up immediately. The food was also not good, overpriced and very greasy, and left me very gassy. If you’re gonna eat at the mall eat ANYWHERE but here.

We always enjoy the food here. They are located inside the Mall of Georgia in the food court. Everything is super tasty. They also allow you to get one free refill of your drink and the food portion is quite generous as shown in my photos. We got the double Chicken Teriyaki and Shrimp teriyaki all the time.

Food was good until I found a rock in my food almost broke a tooth..TBH the piece that was in the food looked like a piece of tooth but none of my teeth were broken. And all I can think about is chickens don’t have teeth but dogs and cats do so I don’t think I’ll be eating there again honestly….So I went back up to the restaurant to tell someone they just smiled and said thank you and did offer different food but I said i was good to and make sure they take precautions. And seeing all the reviews just now I wouldnt recommend eating there

Manager spit on my food, shouted and yelled at people. Charged $22 I didn’t order, and argue about how I did it when I did not do it. He’s a scammer and a fraud faking people’s orders. Negative five stars on this idiocracy and high-tempered robber on white apron. Oh, and he kicks you out of his restaurants for doing absolutely nothing other than being kind, and spits lies about everything all the time like it’s nothing. This restaurant is a fraud.

Disgusting food ! Not fresh ! Not worth ! After I ate my stomach hurts and feel sick.The chicken same like orange chicken with little red pepper but it tastes too sweet. I bought one side two meat before tax $12.99 expensive than other restaurants but no more good choice only chicken dishes . I have given to know if I chose beef or shrimp dishes I have to pay extra $5. What ! It’s not worth ok !

TERIYAKI GRILL > ASIAN CHAO. They are owned by the same people. Teriyaki Grill fries the rice/chicken in front of you. Asian Chao is pre-made in the back and then served out of heated bins. Teriyaki Grill is the best food in this food court aside from Chick-Fil-A. If you don’t want CFA, get this place! I’ve been coming here for years. Teriyaki chicken and double fried rice. Never disappointed in the taste or the portion size! Price is also very affordable at, I believe, $8.99 for chicken, rice and veggies. Extra to swap out veggies for double rice but it’s worth it!

Ate here on July 22, and found bugs in my food (ordered fried rice and orange chicken). I immediately went to the counter, and they did give me a full refund, but I can’t get past the bugs. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but that’s a different level of unsanitary ♀️
