I’ve worked in the mall for over a year now and the food here has continuously gotten worse with prices going up. Egg rolls are definitely past shelf life, rice tastes more like plastic, chicken is never fresh. In fact, I grabbed an early lunch last year and I swear they reheated food from the day before. I do not recommend eating here, especially since there’s a Panda Express located super close to the mall.

This restaurant is good, I mean I like their food, I scored with 2 star for service, this is my third time here and each time the service is different, in this ocasion there was a oldie lady, I know she is latina because I am latino too. She was very rough trying to be quick and attend to everyone and she was serving wrong sizes of food in my case I get only veggies and a little portion of meat I told her that it wasn’t fair and she only said I will charge you 3 dollars more and I said is ok, but my wife’s plate was worse she only received veggies. I think the next time I come to Tampa premium outlet I won’t eat again at this asian chao restaurant. I hope this help to someone looking for good food in this outlet.

I have never complained about the price of meals, when I pay for quality but this time I am very disappointed with the quality of food. The rice was out of this world, not because the food was good but because of very poor quality and the chicken was not even It should be said horrible, I don’t know how a restaurant can survive with this type of quality or if I imagine because of the overcharge in the price you pay for your poorly cooked food, I ended up throwing away more than half of the food

This is a joke…I paid 32 dollars for 2 meals and we were still hungry….its like they serve a little bit of everything so they won’t have to cook more. I have eaten at several Asian chaos and always walked away full expecting a full plate of food but not here at the Tampa premium outlet you will walk away still hungry….

Worst tasting Fried Rice, under cooked & hard, you can tell the carrotshad freezer burn. Thai Spicy was way too spicy. Small portions & pricey.

Rice was crunchy! Orange chicken was dry , the baked potatoes were slamming, and the soda was good! Other then that , food is no good and it way to pricey.

The food is ok but prices have went crazy high which yea is expected in today’s inflation but while their prices have shot up their food portion size has went smaller! Lady gave one scoop of rice and had an attitude when I asked her to atlease fill the portion section of the plate . I wouldn’t recommend or return rather drive to westshore mall where they stack your plate for the cost .
