First off I was very upset when I got the bill. They add on a 4% surcharge for not paying cash! Who cares cash anymore??? This should have been stated before you order. Second, food came out warm, not hot and was laking flavor. Oddly, the service was good. Overall, not good, overpriced and the surcharge is another reason why I will never return

Great sushi and Sake bar! It is rare to find a Sake bar in South Florida that actually has a decent selection, but this one does well. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they charge for people who aren’t paying cash.. Which I mean seriously who carries cash anymore?!

Really good food, but very expensive. A kids meal of chicken tenders cost $13 and is not printed on a menu so you have no idea until you get the bill. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend Asian fin to friends, just don’t take your kids. Best food presentation is amazing.

We have become “regulars” for a date night at the bar. Kate our bartender is outstanding. Jackie is so nice and the sushi rolls, spring rolls ( best we have ever had ) are all so good. We usually take home their chicken friend rice to share later. Delish. Nice little hometown kind of place for a date night out.

Such a great experience from the ambience to the atmosphere to the staff that I interacted with. I went by myself as I was treating myself. I went in 30 minutes before closing (I know cutting it close) but I never felt rushed but instead was welcome. They did do a last call on food and drinks close to closing. We chose this restaurant based on ambience and food quality. This is not saying they serve authentic Japanese cruisine. The food is more like a fair adaptation of Japanese food. Great taste and fresh ingredients. The ambience is about the best at this strip of restaurants. The bar area is comparatively quite and out of the way. If you want to have quiet dinner with family and/or friends, this place will be a good choice. The only annoying experience is the 4% convenience fee. Why not just adjust the price? The customers will be much happier with an honest price. I think this was what hurt the rating so much. To be honest, I would have not picked it based on the rating.

I honestly don’t know why this place has such low ratings, we had great service and amazing food. The fish was fresh and the dishes were innovative and delicious. Pictured is the sashimi platter and the tuna tartar. It was on a sesame seed crispy cracker that was to die for! My father ordered lamb chops which I wouldn’t think to order at an Asian restaurant but….WOW! It was juicy and done absolutely to the right point. The best lamb I’ve eaten. Compliments to the chef and the owner!

Not worth the expense. Soft shell crab appetizer ($18) was fried to almost inedible; chicken fried rice ($15) was plain rice with blackened slices of chicken and some veggies thrown on top (my kids who LOVE fried rice would not eat it); jumbo prawns ($29) were not jumbo and were overcooked; sushi was mediocre at best. Total waste of $140.

Staff very courteous, but this place is extremely overpriced for what you get. $8.00 for a miso soup and 18.00 for a special rock shrimp roll which was nothing special. Waitperson was very good though. They also charge an extra 4% if you don’t pay cash. I won’t be back…
