We stopped in for an early dinner and the food was good and reasonably priced. Sesame chicken, egg drop soup, egg roll. We shared the entree and were full.

Simple but nice Asian restaurant in Fredericksburg. The location is on the east end of town in a shopping center. The food is primarily Chinese. I started with a simple iceberg lettuce salad with an Asian ginger type salad dressing. I had chicken and green beans. The lady has eggplant and tofu. Both were clean, nicely presented and tasted great. Good quick place to eat at a lower price.

The food was tasty and the service was prompt and friendly. Lunch was a very good value -$23 for the two of us. I got sesame chicken which comes with a cup of soup, rice, and a crab Rangoon (or egg roll).

We have eaten here a few times and have liked all the different dishes we have tried. The tofu with vegetables was really good on this visit. The one big detractor for this restaurant on all our visits is that they give very small servings of rice (at least half as small as other comparable Chinese restaurants) – pics attached. If you ask for more…. $4 for another small serving. This is a serious consideration for the owner to remedy.

Friendly staff and a tasty meal that came out quick. We got there in just enough time to still get the 3-6pm early bird special, which was a perfect portion of the meal that included a scoop of either fried or white rice, a cup of soup, and a thin egg roll. My Taiwanese husband left satisfied!

Let’s start on the positive: the iced tea was good as were the fried won tons. The waiter seemed preoccupied and then tried to take my order while I was on the phone with a patient. Then couldn’t change the appetizer because he already “punched it in”. The appetizer was a spring roll which was poorly rolled filled with iceberg lettuce and the shrimp were cut in half and slightly undercooked. The sauce was not a traditional peanut sauce but a “house” sauce of unknown origin according to the waiter. It tasted like it had mayonnaise in it which is a odd choice. The entree had a strange brown sauce which was also not a traditional brown sauce as it lacked oyster sauce, rice wine and sugar.. the sauce tasted like straight beef broth and the chicken tasted pre boiled and did not absorb any flavor. We left most of it and left very disappointed. We will not return

The food and service were good. There seemed to be quite a few locals dining in as well. I ate steamed veggies and rice (vegan meal) and my hubby had the Kung Pao Chicken. We both enjoyed our meal.

I typically come here when I’m in Fredericksburg with a trailer since Whataburger doesn’t have no parking for trailers. My usual is the lemon chicken and sometimes I get some more crab rangoon since we’re so tasty but this is the first time I’ve been when they’ve been really busy but service was still pretty quick.

I ordered a spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll to go. When I got home and looked at it, it was discolored and looked and tasted like mush. Seriously disappointing and frankly disgusting.
