We have been eating here for 15 years and everything about this restaurant has gone to the gutter. Way over cooked nasty food, disregarding all instructions on orders and just plain disgusting attention to detail and our food last 2 times in a row has been this way used to love this place its like they established a clientele and then got lazy and prepared crappie food and proudly sent it home to customers that help build their business. We’ve been eating here for the last few years. We recently ordered two days ago. Today I was heating up my sons leftovers and noticed as I was fluffing up the rice that there were larvae in it. I don’t know if it was maggot type larvae or something else. Needless to say I was immediately disgusted considering this was leftovers and our entire house had already consumed this rice. It wasn’t just one there were at least 5 I noticed when I really started inspecting much closer. I thought it was perhaps the rice that had just gotten over cooked in the microwave but after touching it….rice doesn’t bend back and forth. My trust in this location is beyond destroyed and we will never eat there again. I plan on filing a formal complaint because this is unacceptable.

DOOR DASH DISASTER. We feel racially profiled. We get it. There are thieves but the tone was dismissive and intrusive. Could be a language barrier – no excuse! Good customer service dictates we at least be able to communicate or convey basic industry related things. DO BETTER!

Was craving crab Rangoons ALL DAY. Tried this place for the first time, ordered crab Rangoon, and got CARROTS instead of crab in them. Guess they were trying to pass it off as crab? So disappointed and these are DISGUSTING.

I ordered steak and chicken hibachi, my rice tasted old. I’m a person that’s big on customer service and professionalism, they don’t have it. The man doesn’t greet you, the woman barley wants to talk, and is rude. The food is decent, but not good enough to return for the price.
