I always order the same thing. It’s great! They know me by my order. The last two times I wasn’t able to do an online order. Also the phone number wasn’t working. It’s too bad it’s only take out still. Also no smile or thank you for me eather.

Wanted some orange chicken, fried rice and rangoons. Figured I could substitute white rice for fried for a bit more. Never stated total on phone when placing the order. Showed up before my order was ready and when it was ready I received a tiny bag like something you put produce in at the grocery store and a $28 bill. Food was cold some how and was definitelynot fresh. Almost like they ran across town to a buffet scooped it in a to go box and upsold it to me. Never again.

I wish we would have tried this place sooner, typically we run to hyvee for their buffet when we’re craving egg rolls or low mein since it’s close to us but your food was far better! We will definitely be back often! We loved the general tso’s and orange chicken! The perfect amount of crispy and saucy! Thank you for the great dinner!

Terrible food and terrible place. We ordered chicken fried rice and chicken lo mein for to go pickup. We got both fried rice. They messed up our order. They didn’t even put plastic silverware and napkins in the bag. We are staying at nearby hotel and don’t have any silverware. The price depends upon the mood of the people at restaurants. They tried to jack up the price when we walked in. We had to do online order. People are very judgmental towards people of color. They were so rude to us. Don’t even deserve 0 star. Please avoid this place if you are traveling through owatonna mn.

Food is good. Service is quick. This is the only option for standard Chinese food besides East Wind buffet though. They need to get rid of the Covid Cove and learn some basic customer service skills. Not even a thank you. We kept your business alive during Covid. Be thankful for your customers. Another Chinese place that is good and you lose your customers.

First and last time I will order from this restaurant. I couldn’t understand what they were saying and they apparently couldn’t understand me either, hence why I got something I didn’t order. It wouldn’t have been so bad had the meal I received tasted half way decent. It was absolutely atrocious! Thankfully the eggroll tasted good. The cheap barricade box they built in front of the door with a cheap speaker is most likely responsible for the miscommunication.

I like their food, but what keeps from ordering more often is the complete lack of customer service. It’s almost as if my business is a nuisance to them, and the little covid shack in the entryway is ridiculous. I ordered over the phone at 7:20 on a Sunday, she answered the phone with “hello”, which was odd and made me think I had the wrong number, then I ordered, she said ten minutes and that I should get there by then because they’re closing soon. Their own listing says they’re open until 8:30. Sorry I bothered you!
