It was disturbing to have pure red blood leaking out from the bones of the chicken parts. I called to make a complaint and the employee said, it was okay to eat it, because the chicken meat are cook that the bloods are just coming out from the bones, it is okay to eat them. Now, can you imagine in there kitchen there have cross contamination expose heavily on other meats and veggie on the cutting board or the area they use to prep. I will never go to asian mix or any restaurant that serves cold ginger chicken ever. This will be mandatory to have the state board of health to investigate these restaurants. I will make a claim as soon as Monday. Beware of asian mix restaurant on beretania st. Beside Safeway market. There food will make you ill.

Asian Mix has the best Chinese roast duck on Oahu. All their roast meats are excellent, but their duck stands head and shoulders above the rest. Order ahead of time, as the ducks often sell out by early afternoon. All food is take out only.

Order then pay when they fulfill your order. The fried rice ( forgot which one but has shrimp) has a light refreshing taste. Great drinks, has bubble tea or add to your choice of drink for extra money. The jasmine tea really does taste like jasmine. There is more seating in the back and a trashcan. Look for it so you don’t want to walk back to the front lol. Two lines – one for just buffet and drinks and another for menu items, drinks, and buffet [I think?] (be prepared to know what you want). Also has roasted duck and pork and char siu(?) To take home.
