Ordered food from their online menu. Payment options included PayPal. Paid 132.00 for the food for pickup. When we got there they were closed at 3pm. Just now I called to tell them what happened and I needed my money back. I was calm when explaining. The woman on the phone was hysterical and I could not understand what she was saying except that it was not her fault and was not going to give me my money back!!!!!!

Ordered large lobster fried rice with extra onions along with fried shrimp. Repeated my order 3 times. Get home it’s just fried rice and onions along with the shrimp. I return the fried rice to get the lobster fried rice. They refuse to give me a discount for my inconvenience. I’m just supposed to drive back and pay full price. Bad business. Got my money back never to return.

It actually makes me sad to have to leave this review because I have enjoyed Asain Taste 2 for several years and recommendedthem to several friends and family. However the last few times have been a consistent disappointment. When you like a place and they mess up, you go back another time or two because you understand that people make mistakes. My understanding ended yesterday. Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY here…there are other Chinese restaurants in the surrounding area (Towson’s Best/Sushi Ichiban) The greed they have makes them put customer satisfaction low on their priority list. The last 3 times I have called my order in and been told “Ready in 30 minutes” (I think they train the kid to say that for all orders). I arrive and the kid asks to confirm your order and gives the impression that it is ready and directs you to pay (I suspect he is trained to do that too to hopefully lock people into their order) Here’s my issue, IT TOOK 58 MINUTES FROM CALL TIME UNTIL HE SLID MY FOOD THRU THE WINDOW. There is no apology, just “Not ready” repeatedly heard as customers come in for orders placed. Even after baring with the wait time, the food was horrible. I could go into detail here about my burnt crab ragoon or inedible lo mein, how they put onions in my chow mei fun after I requested to have none or even the open and uncovered bowl of rice they made my sushi with but hopefully what u have shared so far is enough to encourage you to drive a few moments up the road to surrounding restaurants. FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT TIME OR PRICE!

Overall disappointing and I am usually very lentient on food mixups. Ordered online, picked up in-store 25 mins after the estimated time it would be ready. They gave me one large bag of food and said bye, so I left. I receive a phone call a few minutes later, asking me to come back and get my second bag. I don’t want to blame the child working the front desk, but someone should be verifying everything is there

Absolutely do not order from this spot. We got their food thru doordash. We were missing a roll and all of the sushi fish tasted old and sour. We spent over $60 there and they only gave a us a refund for $18. You will get sick eating their fish here. We did.

Ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls today but only received ONE! Not worth the 45 minute ride back to complain. The egg roll was good but getting Ripped Off left a bad taste in my mouth!!! 🙁
