As soon as we walked in, I felt like we were not welcomed. The dining area was cluttered. Some food came out quickly, the rest we waited a while for. The rice was hard and chewy. The sweet and sour chicken was very good, though.

Great food, very friendly. Very dark, needs better lighting and brighter paint. I would take out the booths and put in tables and chairs. More people would eat there but it feels crowded and small because of the booths.

This place use to be great in my opinion from a couple of years ago. HUGE portions and tasted good. As of today when I got food from them they either cut costs to make the food/portions or someone else owns it and kept the name. The food was horrible. Got sweet and sour shrimp…it was battered in flakes( not like what everyone is use to) and the shrimp was like rubber. The crab Rangoon was soggy and orange for the insides. The house low-mein was dry and literally had 4 shrimp in it. I won’t be going back.

I found many pieces, a long black hair in my food. The rice had no flavor. I ask for house lo mein it had no meat in it. I went back out there to complaint, and the long, black haired lady told me she couldn’t do nothing about it This place is rude, disrespectful and don’t care about your customers at all. I walked in the restaurant and it was very dirty. I went to use the bathroom and there was urine all over the seat. The customer service was extremely horrible to begin with no greeting when I walked in the door. She snatched my card out my hand. Overall, this is not how you run a business and I would like to see and do better but with the attitude like that it’s not gonna go nowhere’s.

My wife and I were in the mood for Chinese and we stumbled across this place and from the reviews of others we figured, hey! Let’s try it! MISTAKE. By far the WORST Chinese/Asian food I’ve had. Just look at this egg roll. My chicken was definitely fried in OLD grease and the egg rolls, the rice was trash and you CANNOT go wrong with Chinese rice, they did! Never again will we eat here! I’m thinking well maybe it’s because we went later in the evening. There’s no excuse to send out food like this, at all.

The best chinese take out in BWK. You can walk in, place your order and 5-10 minutes later walk out with your food. Dine in is also available. Huge portions for the price. Below is the chicken in spicy garlic sauce with vegetables and rice. They proudly display a “100” from the health department on the counter. Definitely worth a visit.

I always get food from here but today it wasn’t good. Too much broccoli in the shrimp with garlic sauce also the little corn pieces were hard to chew. The steamed dumplings were so different than what they had before. May not get food from here again. What a disappointment

This was my favorite Chinese restaurant until tonight. Ordered a large order for my family of six over the phone and then went to pick it up. Two people after me a man walks in and orders a very similar order to mine just smaller quantity. Five minutes later the girl behind the counter calls out “sweet and sour chicken order” , well this man grabs it and leaves. I noticed that he had two very large bags full of food, yet only ordered two items. I thought to myself “they must have given him my order”. Waited another fifteen minutes in the restaurant, taking way too long, people ordering after me are all getting their food while I’m still waiting. Then the man from earlier walks back in the restaurant hands the two bags back to the girl behind the counter, she hands him one single bag containing two items, and she takes the two large bags to the back. Two minutes later she comes out with my order. I ask her if this was the food that the man just returned and she very nervously and hands shaking tells me “no different order”. I ask if she is sure because these bags look exactly like the two bags that.man brought back in the store. She insists it is not with shaky trembling hands. This is not how you run a business! If you screw up as a business owner you should own up to your mistake, offer a refund or to make a new order. You don’t reserve food that has already left the restaurant and was returned. This is an extreme health code violation. Won’t ever return to this place. You could have made this right and fixed the order but instead you chose to lie to my face and serve me used food.
