Checked this place out because the reviews seemed pretty good. Stopped by for an egg drop soup, hot & sour and egg rolls. VERY disappointed. The egg drop soup looks nothing like the one in the reviews. Very yellow like someone used WAY too much turmeric. The tofu is in huge chunks like someone couldn’t be bothered to cut it properly, barely any egg, and the taste is AWEFUL. The hot & sour was way worse, like some kind of mud soup, the smell and taste are unbearable. The egg-rolls weren’t as bad as the soups but still nasty and undercooked while also burnt on the outside like someone was in a rush to slap this all together. Seems to be a theme of terrible food across pueblo west and this place is no exception.

The outside and inside didn’t look like much but there food says otherwise. Ordered pork fried rice, hawian bbq chicken that came with macaroni and rice, szechuan chicken spicy. It also came with extra fried rice that I wasn’t expecting. The food was amazing. There food had plenty of flavor and was extremely fresh. Usually veggies that come with Asian food is soggy and you know it sat a while, but this place you can tell it’s fresh. I paid 40 bucks for everything and feel as if I got my value for portion size. I will be going back to try other dishes.

Incredibly friendly staff, from placing my order to taking the time to chat with me while waiting for it to come out(which didn’t take long!). Talked to me about the restaurant as well. I learned a lot in my short trip. Very clean and well kept. Cool ambiance. Very excited to have Hawaiian favorites locally. I was recommended the #5 and it was delightful. Would recommend, all around!

I don’t normally take food photos as you can tell by the quality. But, this was worth it. I got the Loco Moco, two beef patties on a rice bed with a couple of eggs. Added a little salt and I was in food heaven. Also tried some of my wife’s orange chicken. Breaded right, not overly crunchy, moist meat and good sauce. We will definitely be back. It is heavy on take out but there is seating inside. Food comes out in to-go boxes. Geniuses.

This place looked good on google, and we’ve been looking for a good chinese place here in town since we haven’t found it yet despite trying many of the top rated chinese restaurants, it just never felt right. The food here was amazing, it was ready within 10 minutes, the man at the counter must have triple checked everything before handing me the order, asked if we wanted extra spoons, put it on a card board holder so it wouldn’t spill in the car, was very friendly. I even got to see them scoop the rice and soup into the containers from behind the counter, as you can see the entire *impeccably* clean kitchen from the main dining area, which was also incredibly clean. Me and the man talked afterwards about our day, he was very kind. All of this AND the place also offers lots of options including Hawaii’n. The food was also quite affordable, me and my girlfriend ate there and had leftovers for the next morning for just 26$. I would definitely recommend this place, and is the only chinese place we will be going to now. I don’t usually write reviews, but it felt important in case there was anyone else looking for good Chinese food for months with no luck.

First time at Asian Tropix Fusion. Ordered Pad Tai Combo and Chicken-Shrimp Lo Mein with a Sampler including the egg roll and rangoon. The best asian food we’ve had in Pueblo out of 3 restaurants. Next time will go for the Hawaiian dishes.

Kuan’s Kitchen is still closed for dine in so we came here for spring rolls, the spring rolls were mid and the peanut sauce was just peanut butter. Taro boba was pretty good but kinda messy. Two of us eating and the only plates we had to eat off of was the one our rolls were served on. Nothing really outstanding to make us come back.
