I have missed bulgogi since moving to Memphis. Tried it at several other places and it just wasn’t exactly what I’m used to. This place is it!!! I actually tried kimchi for the first time. Omg. I’ve been missing out for 36 years of amazing stuff! I get the bulgogi lunch special! I can never finish it all and take home like half of it!

The food here is amazing!!! If you want an authentic Korean restaurant, look no further. For service, please remember that the lovely lady who runs it is Korean and she is not the overly attentive server that is typical of American restaurants. The food comes out quick and hot. I go out of my way to come here when I crave good Korean food.

I dined in here twice and both experiences were bad. We had the same server both times and she treated us like we wasn’t welcome. First time we went people who came in after us but got the same thing got their good first. Then when I asked for a drink the lady slammed the things she had on the table and stormed off as if she didn’t hear me. Me being who I am. I was like okay and let it go but my BestFriend got her attention and told her that was very rude and asked for a drink for me. Second time we went she didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink and just brought everyone at the table water. As if we can’t afford to get everyone a drink. Then she continued to be rude & I finally spoke up and another lady came to the table after I complained that she was being rude and she had the audacity tell me she wasn’t being rude that just how she is & tried to tel me my experience as if she was me. My best friend is white with mixed kids and Im black. I guess she hated that part. You shouldn’t treat people bad based on their skin color. We pay well over $100 whenever we went there and still wasn’t treated like less. I will never go there again. They don’t deserve my money. Especially since they racist and treat black people how they do and act as if she hated to see my with a white woman whose been my BestFriend for 10 years. We’re family at this point. So if you mistreat me you mistreat her and we felt that mistreated both times we went. Do better.!
