The sushi was so good! This place looks unassuming from the outside, but they sure do deliver on the inside. Everything is clean and bright, and the service was outstanding. We started with the Pesce Hamachi, which was melt in your mouth amazing, and then shared the Nemo, Aloha, and Koi rolls. Every single roll was better than the last one. The mango on the Aloha, the lemon on the Koi, and the kick from the chili oil on the Nemo, every one was perfection. We will definitely be back!

The moment you walk in the door it brings back memories of Tokyo. Service is easy, sitting at the bar ordering your favorite Black Gold rolls with Eel, or the delightfully spicy Pesce Hamachi. The service is unobtrusive but attentive, always ready to top up your drink or provide your next order. The space is calm and peaceful. No better spot in the city for a light lunch and delightful ambiance.

This place is gross. I had ordered from this place before and hated it but it was so long ago I forgot the name. Tonight I was hungry and used Uber eats to get hibachi. Sadly I chose this place again. I got the steak hibachi and the rice and steak is so dry. The flavor is actually disgusting. It may be some peoples cup of tea but nothing like any other Japanese I’ve had. Thank goodness I got extra pink sauce so I can just drown it in it. Still gotta eat ig. Not wasting $35 for nothing

We were so happy to have dinner at the new Asuka location, which has finally reopened in the old Kin spot! Asuka managed to survive on takeout only since the start of the pandemic up until this point, and I hope they’ll continue steady business and beyond with this expanded location. Consistently great sushi and hibachi, awesome hardworking staff, fast and friendly. Don’t sleep on one of the best sushi spots in the city!

Ordered habachi dinner from doordash. Chicken was sliced thigh meat, steak was cheap thin cut beef, definitely not sirloin, shrimp was good. Vegetables were soggy and overcooked. “Fried” rice was plain white rice with soy sauce and never saw a habachi grill/wok and tasted horrible. Threw most of the food away, waste of money.

Great service and food. They have the best spicy tuna roll in the city. It’s the perfect fish to rice ratio and has the most wonderful amount of spice. Our waiter, Nick, was also really awesome and animated. We’ll definitely be back!
