Should have read the reviews first. Waiter was a nice kid. He had too many tables by himself. Had to ask several times for the status of a bowl of soup. Took one hour for the apps and the place was only 1/4 full.

Bad service had to wait 10mins to be greeted at the door. Drink order and appetizer order took 40 mins to arrive. Appetizer combo $28 not worth it fried everything 4 shrimp, 4 wings over cooked dry, 4 onion, rings, cheese sticks , mushrooms and fries. Placed order for dinner burgers build your own $14 with fries added cheese and mushrooms extra $2 took 20mins. Bun bigger then burger patty. Burger bad quality frozen thin patty. No silverware given until half way through meal. No ketchup or mustard given. Drinks were decent but not strong. Had like singer was great. Since we were sitting outside manager was going around closing umbrellas. Very bad food service and expensive for what you pay for. Do not recommend to anyone waste of money. Ended up going down the street after dinner to Beacon Tap in Des Plaines for drinks. Great live band outside , great drinks pricing great pricing on food, amazing service. This is what At 7 Bar should take a page from how a proper business establishment should be ran. Learn from other successful businesses l. Fire kitchen staff, train employees better on service and protocols. I attached pictures of Beacon tap it’s amazing!!

This was my 4th time and last. Waitress took are order and then cut out. We waited about 45 minutes asking everyone that past what happened to our waitress and the food. No manager due to sick child at home. No one knew anything about the owner. The four of us will never be back again!

We arrived at a post-show rush so with that in mind we did expect to wait. However; we sat for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time intentionally. Tables all around us who arrived at approximately the same as us were served, finished eating and paid. I called the server over and she said ‘I’m sorry, there are other tables without food too’. After an hour wait we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. As she brought the bill she said our food was ready and we said no thank you and left. Hope they get this figured out, seems other reviewers had a similar experience. DJ was good, we enjoyed the music.

We’ve been to At 7 Bar and Grill a number of times in the past and decided to stop in one evening just for a drink. We were waited on by the bartender, Yessica. After serving us, I paid her for the drinks with a $10.00 bill, which ended up being the exact amount. She then said to me that I owed her a tip. I responded to her by saying “I do not tip until I leave.” I then thought to myself, who is she to determine whether or not I leave a tip. So after finishing our drinks, we proceeded to leave without leaving a tip. She confronted us and scream at me saying “Don’t ever come back on my shift.” I’ve been to many bars and restaurants in my life and have never experienced service as bad as this. One thing is for certain. This bartender should NOT be in the hospitality and service industry. We will NEVER go back!!!

Owners and staff very friendly and this restaurant has a “Friends” feel to it. Music on Friday night and eventually everyone starts to dance. Food is well prepared and seasoned good. Terrific hospitality. Had lunch today and sat outside, very relaxing!

Marta is always wonderful!!! This is not the first time we have eaten here and the food is fresh and delicious. The service is outstanding from ownership all the way to the wait staff. The indoor/ outdoor area was so nice today. We had the luxury of being in the sun while having shaded umbrellas near by. We will definitely be coming back.

What a surprise! I looked at a lot of negative reviews but the area is limited on dining. We were going to see Tony Orlando at the Des Plaines Theater and this was very close considering the 60 mph wind gusts. It looks very new and remodeled. The bathroom had a hand exfoliateator and hand lotion (it the little things!) The waitress was very helpful and attentive. I ordered the chicken marsala but they were out. I then ordered the vegetable couscous with added grilled shrimp. My husband got a burger. Waitress said their fries were a favorite and no disappointment there. I can’t tell you how I throughly enjoyed this meal! It had red peppers, mushrooms, and many other vegetables in it. The shrimp were seasoned perfectly and had a nice brown grilling on them. I finished my whole plate which is unusual. It was a healthy and light meal. Glass of pinot noir complimented it well. My husband’s burger ws enormous and he enjoyed that as well. When we go back to the theater this will be our spot.
